Day 3 - Breakfast

I started yesterday morning with a 730am class at F45. This was all weights training. It was challenging but I'm starting to see some results in how much I can lift and push myself. I'm hovering over the heavier sets of dumbbells for chest press + push press. I'm also able to do a little more when it comes to the pull-up bar. Doing higher reps. Hopefully I can stop relying on the bands sooner than later. Great class.

In terms of food, yesterday was prettyyyy good. Lunch was great. The snacks were great. I wasn't too hungry going into the evening. But when I did get hungry, I was starving!!!

Vivi made chicken meatball teriyaki on brown rice with vegetables. It was definitely a great meal to wake up to (I fell asleep on the couch lol). Awesome meal while watching the cinematic masterpiece known as "Kindergarten Cop".

One thing we noticed was that we had a harder time falling asleep. Usually, our dinners are carb-heavy and we're able to fall asleep pretty easily. I guess the new fuel keeps it light and our body doesn't need that much energy to digest the cleaner food. Pretty interesting.

Major key: the CRAVINGSSSSS! We went to Holt Renfrew to buy a parka for Vivi and I just wanted to run across the street to Eataly to buy al the pizza and pasta. Or burgers. Anythinggggg.....

Even when we went to bed last night, Vivi couldn't sleep without eating some eggs before she came back to bed. I so badly wanted to Ubereats some bullshit food. But I didn't and am glad.
