Day 5 - CRAVINGS

Last night was hard. I wanted everything from the Ubereats app.
I even opened it up and searched for the best quality burger in there.
Surprisingly Extra burger was on there... fucking tempting.

I didn't order anything but was definitely tempted! Burgers, burgers, burgers.

Yesterday was weird for me. Injuries are starting to nag. Going to have to find ways to maintain intensity and better ways for treatment. I know the running is fucking my calves.... I guess all the science around REST is hard for me to buy into since Kobe's death. Mamba mentality would definitely centre around working hard + smart, not just hard.

With that being said, I just booked massages over the next 3 weeks. I'm going to dedicate the weekend to read up on rest and stretching specifically. 

In terms of the diet, yes the temptations are getting tougher and tougher but it's pretty liberating to know that the only money I've spent this week was on skin care + a stretching band.
